Reservation Refund Rules
We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To make your experience worry-free, our refund rules are simple and transparent. Cancellations made within the allowed time frame will be eligible for a refund, while late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as per our policy. Please review the detailed terms below before making or canceling a reservation.
Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. This allows travelers the flexibility to adjust their plans without any financial loss if they inform us well in advance.
If a cancellation is requested between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued. This policy ensures fairness by balancing the guest’s change in schedule with the resort’s preparation and booking commitments.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund. Since last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to rebook the room, the full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation charge.
In the event a guest chooses to check out earlier than the reserved departure date, the remaining unused nights will not be refunded. We kindly request guests to plan their stay carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that the exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
