Guidelines for a Smooth Stay
At Purni Hotel and Resort, we want your time with us to be as comfortable and worry-free as possible. To ensure transparency and fairness, we’ve outlined important guidelines covering reservations, cancellations, payments, and guest responsibilities. These rules are in place not only to protect the resort but also to give every guest a smooth, enjoyable experience from the moment of booking until checkout.
Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. This allows travelers the flexibility to adjust their plans without any financial loss if they inform us well in advance.
If a cancellation is requested between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued. This policy ensures fairness by balancing the guest’s change in schedule with the resort’s preparation and booking commitments.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund. Since last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to rebook the room, the full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation charge.
In the event a guest chooses to check out earlier than the reserved departure date, the remaining unused nights will not be refunded. We kindly request guests to plan their stay carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that the exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
